About me

Hi! I am Lucca!

Welcome to my website. Here, I'll be sharing pet sitting services that I offer and pet products that I make by hand. But first, a little about me.

Since I was a kid, I have been surrounded by animals in all shapes and sizes. From the very small rodents and bigger dogs in the family, to the unusual and exotic and from then was when my passions for animals grew and developed. Rats and cats are my speciality and have been the driving factors to what I want to branch out and do. I've had guinea-pigs, hamsters and mice. 

I've owned rats ever since I was little, keeping pairs and groups, getting to know the small creatures and all their antics and personalities. They had come first, and they were there throughout my schooling and collage years, taking in rescues and giving them a stable fulfilling home with me, I still keep them to this present day where I have a mischief of four boys!

I have done voluntary work in a cat rescue, at an animal sanctuary with all kinds of animals as well. Currently, I work as a animal care assistant working nights at a vets, this gives me plenty of free time during the weeks and some weekends that can be dedicated towards caring for animals. I've taken in foster animals through here, a dog called Doug who ended up staying, kittens, my first being a little handreared kitten I took in at just a couple days old, this being Kip who is almost 2 years old and still here with me and loving life. I've also taken in rabbits temporarily and a stray cornsnake!
